- Product descriptions, titles, and images must be accurate and not misleading.
- Prohibited items (e.g., illegal drugs, weapons, or restricted goods) are strictly banned.
- Prices must include all applicable taxes and shipping costs if required.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
Sellers are expected to fulfill all orders within 5 to 7 working days after order confirmation.  
Late or unfulfilled orders may lead to account warnings or temporary suspension.
  - All products must be properly packaged and shipped via reliable courier services.
- Tracking details must be updated as soon as the order is dispatched.
- Repeated delays or order cancellations can affect your seller rating.
4. Returns and Refunds
RJ Shopping Mall offers a 7-day return policy for eligible products.  
If a buyer requests a return due to a defective or incorrect item, sellers must cooperate and accept the return as per our Return Policy.
  - Returned items must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt.
- Refunds or replacements should be processed promptly.
- Failure to handle returns properly may result in penalties.
5. Commission and Payments
RJ Shopping Mall charges a small commission on every successful sale.  
Details of commissions, withdrawal limits, and payout schedules will be shared in your seller dashboard.
